The song was written by Go-Go’s guitarist Jane Wiedlin and Terry Hall, singer of The Specials and Fun Boy Three. The track is from their debut album, Beauty and the Beat. In 2000, Rolling Stone magazine named “Our Lips Are Sealed” one of the 100 Greatest Pop Songs of all time.
