“My Love” by Paul McCartney and Wings was originally released in 1973 as a single and on their album Red Rose Speedway. It’s the most successful track from the album. When released as a single in March 1973, the song reached #1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and #9 in the UK Singles Chart.
Paul McCartney wrote the song to express his feelings about one of his Wings bandmates. Well, the bandmate was also his wife Linda 
“My Love” has been covered by many singers, including the late Cass Elliott (of The Mamas & the Papas fame) and Cher.
